By accessing or using my services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use these services.

2. Services

Food Rescue Consulting provides consulting services and designed to assist jurisdictions, organizations, food generators and communities in reducing food waste.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Outline expectations and scope of work.
• Notify the consultant of any changes to the scope of work.

4. Confidentiality

All information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. The consultant agrees not to disclose any client information without explicit consent, except as required by law.

5. Payment and Fees

Payment for services will be as agreed upon in the contract agreement. Payment is due at, or prior, to services. Fees are non-refundable once services have commenced. Any additional costs, such as materials or assessments, will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

6. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the relationship with written notice. The client is responsible for all fees incurred up to the termination date.

7. Email Communications

By signing up services provided by Food Rescue Consulting, you agree to receive periodic emails, including updates, announcements, and promotional content related to the Service. You can opt out of these communications at any time by using the “unsubscribe” link in the email footer. Food Rescue Consulting is committed to safeguarding your privacy, and your email address will not be shared without your explicit consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.

Food Rescue Consulting reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on my website.
