For City and County Agencies
• Help implement local and/or state organic waste/food waste legislation such as SB 1383
• Assist in Tier 1 and Tier 2 generator outreach
• Connect food generators with FROs and/or food banks and pantries
• Aid in food generator/Food Recovery Organization (FRO) MOU creation
• Develop social media content

• Strengthen relationships between other pantries and food banks and FROs
• Offer advice for data collection
• Guide the launch of pop-up pantries, community fridges and other innovative solutions to low food access
